Besides our well-known cylinder heads, inserts, pistons and crankshafts, we also develop and produce many other kinds of special racing products.
Special for the roadracers among us; we’ve developed superior VHM connecting rod kits for Honda RS125 NX4 2000 – 2010 and Honda RS250 ND5 / NXA 1993 – 2010. Tested and used by many teams worldwide. The big end deforms less oval due to engine braking than a standard one. In addition, the conrods are super finished, which ensures a smooth surface. This helps prevent small fractures in the material.
VHM handlebar stabilizers provide more stability and assures that the handlebar is always fixed on the clamp. It’s especially helpful when crashing / falling down with the bike. The standard stabilizer crooks / gets skew more easily, while our VHM stabilizers are much stronger and in almost all cases will remain straight. It’s so to speak ‘crash proof’. Getting back up to speed after a crash should thus be no problem with our stabilizer!
Standard clutch axles are made from one piece of steel. When the engine starts running and temperatures start to rise, this clutch axle expands less than the rest of the engine. This leads to more clearance on the clutch lever, which results in a bad performing clutch.
The VHM clutch axles are made from hard anodized steel and the middle of the axle is made from aluminium. The VHM clutch axles will expand and shrink approximately the same as the rest of the engine. This means that whatever the engine temperature is, the clutch lever will keep working perfectly.
Original designed and made by VHM: oil air-vent plugs! No more need for plastic soiled boxes and hoses that need to be attached. The oil air-vent plugs can be mounted directly on the engine and have separate chambers where air can extract, but where the oil remains in the engine. It also has a nice look and is very easy to mount.
Best flow and made of high quality aluminium. With the combination of special carbon reeds and stoppers, more torque and power in the lower and upper rpm range are gained. Only for KTM 65SX.
We've also developed an exhaust flange, powertubes, spacers, intake and plastic reed valve insert, 16 position caster-camber pills and ignition cover.
