Here we explain some important notes for mounting the VHM air intakes.

1. Take the air filter cover off
2. Take air filter (including filter support) off
3. Loosen hose clamp from airbox rubber
4. Hold the intake in one hand, with the aluminium label facing towards you. Push the intake downwards with pressure towards shock absorber, into the rubber.
5. DON'T FORGET: fasten hose clamp from air box again!
6. Mount air filter. You can use standard filter carrier / support or Twin air filter support 154221C.
7. Place the air filter cover back on.
8. Need to clean your bike? You can mount an airbox cover so it's water resistant.
NOTE: The airbox cover does not fit when the air intake is mounted.
To use this air intake, you need a powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 154221C).
22-11-2022: This air intake is NOT available anymore
1. Take the air filter cover off
2. Make sure to use gloves and innotec adheseal
3. Put the glue at the inside of the airbox rubber. Do NOT put the glue on the intake itself, then you'll push the glue off when inserting the intake in the rubber.
4. Hold the intake in one hand, with the aluminium label facing towards you. Make small twist movements while pushing the intake into the airbox rubber.
5. Make sure the intake is nicely fitted through the end and is not skewed.
6. Remove any excessive glue and let it dry for a day.
7. Mount the air filter support from Twin Air powerflow kit 154223C (for 2019 - 2020) or 154219C (for 2016 - 2018) and air filter cover for driving.
8. Need to clean your bike? You can mount an airbox cover so it's water resistant.
To use this air intake, you need a powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 154223C for 2019 - 2020 / 154219C for 2016 - 2018).
Almost all the air intakes can be mounted in the airbox without any additional mounting parts. Only exception is the AI060416 for KTM 125SX, 150SX and Husqvarna TC125, which needs to be glued with innotec adheseal. This adheseal is included in the box of the AI060416.
1. Loosen hose clamp from airbox rubber
2. Disconnect rollover temperature sensor
3. Remove screws from temperature sensor
4. Take the air filter cover off
5. Take air filter with air filter support off
6. Hold the intake in one hand, with the aluminium label facing towards you and the temp. hole downwards
7. Mount temperature sensor again
8. Don’t forget: fasten hose clamp from airbox and connect rollover temperature sensor again
9. Mount the air filter with air filter support (must use Twin Air powerflow kit 154222C)
10. Mount the air filter cover again
To use this air intake, you need a Twin Air filter support / powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 154222C).
1. Loosen hose clamp from airbox rubber
2. Disconnect rollover temperature sensor
3. Remove screws from temperature sensor
4. Take the air filter cover off
5. Take air filter with air filter support off
6. Hold the intake in one hand, with the aluminium label facing towards you and the temp. Hole downwards
7. Mount temperature sensor again
8. Don’t forget: fasten hose clamp from airbox! As well as air filter + filter support (must use Twin Air powerflow kit 154222C) and cover
To use this air intake, you need a Twin Air filter support / powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 154222C).
1. Take the air filter cover off
2. First you need to disassemble the temperature sensor
3. Make sure the temperature sensor points down. Hold the intake in one hand, with the aluminium label facing towards you. Make small twist movements while pushing.
4. Ensure the intake is fitted all the way through the end, you need to give it a firm push. The hole for the temp. sensor should match the hole in the rubber.
5. Assemble the temperature sensor, it goes through the airbox rubber and intake.
6. Mount the air filter support from Twin Air powerflow kit 154222C and air filter cover for driving. The standard air filter support is too low, the air filter support from Twin Air is higher so the intake fits.
7. Need to clean your bike? You can mount an airbox cover so it's water resistant.
1. Take the air filter cover off
2. Ensure that the inlet of the intake is at the right side. Make sure you hear a click when pushing the intake down.
3. Mount the air filter support from Twin Air powerflow kit 151125C and air filter cover for driving.

To use this air intake, you need a powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 151125C).
1. Open cap, disconnect hose, turn screw head and remove standard cover
2. Remove guide with element
3. Remove screws from side covers
4. Remove screws from other side covers to remove seat, take seat off
5. Remove screws from side cover and fuel tank
6. Loosen screws from cap
7. Remove screws from holder guide
8. Take fuel tank out
9. Remove cap
10. Remove holder guide
11. Take VHM air intake, you could spray some WD40 on the outside for easy mounting. Mount air intake into airbox with the small end down, push towards the throttle body. Make sure to use gloves and innotec adheseal (not shown in video). Put the glue at the inside of the airbox rubber. DO NOT put the glue on the intake intself, then you'll push the glue off when inserting the intake.
12. Mount holder guide
13. Mount cap back on
14. Put element and guide back
15. Put fuel tank back in position and fasten it
16. Fasten side covers
17. Mount carbon air cover from VHM or put the standard air cover back on
18. Place back the seat and fasten screws
19. Click cover on
To use this air intake, you need a powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 152222C)

2. Remove screws from side covers
3. Remove guide with element
4. Remove screws from holder guide
5. Remove holder guide
6. Mount VHM air intake into airbox with the small end down, push towards throttle body. Make sure to use gloves and innotec adheseal (not shown in video). Put the glue at the inside of the airbox rubber. DO NOT put the glue on the intake intself, then you'll push the glue off when inserting the intake.
7. Mount holder guide
8. Fasten side covers
9. Put element and guide back
10. Mount VHM carbon airbox cover or put the standard cover back on
To use this air intake, you need a powerflow kit from Twin Air (part number: 152222C)
1. Open the cap
2. Disconnect hose
3. Turn head screw loose
4. Remove standard cover
5. Mount VHM airbox cover
6. First fit / click in the hinges at the bottom
7. Push the top down
8. Turn and tighten head screw (use headscrew and collar from standard cap)
9. Click hose back on
10. Close cap again
11. Tuck the hose in handlebar cover
