Exhaust flange KTM SX65 '09->

Use the VHM exhaust flange and exhaust leaking is history. The exhaust pipe with O-ring seals fits perfect on the VHM exhaust flange. VHM cylinder headset KTM SX85 '13

The new KTM SX85 2013 cylinder headset (part number AA33145) is now available.

World famous VHM cylinder headset with exchangeable combustion chamber, specially developed for optimal power output during the whole race. Due the construction of the cylinder head and insert, the heat transfer from the insert to the cooling water is optimised, which will result in consistant cylinder head temperature. The engine will give consistant power output during the whole race.

TM KZ10 short intake & reed valve insert

Using the short intake plate and reed valve insert will improve the engine response. The intake plate is made of high grade aluminum and includes a O-ring seal. No liquid gaskets and cleaning is necessary. The plate is extra strong due to the reinforcement ribs.

The intake is available in a short and extra short version and is suitable for the TM KZ10 karting engines.

Power valve adjuster KTM SX65 '09->

When using another exhaust pipe, it will influence the opening of the power valve. With the VHM power valve adjuster with 2 stage spring, you are able to adjust the opening timing of the power valve easily with the screw. The first stage of the spring allows the power valve open very easily for a better and direct response. The second part of the spring keeps the power valve full open for a maximum exhaust flow. The VHM power valve adjuster is made from high quality aluminum machined from solid.

The VHM power valve adjuster fits the VHM cylinder head (part number AA33112), VHM power valve base (part number DA31181) as well as the OEM cylinder head and power valve base.

Powervalve base KTM SX65 '09->

The VHM powervalve base is made from high quality aluminum machined from solid. The powervalve base is designed with a stronger center base which provides a better support and guidance of the powervalve.

Having problems with poor engine performance because of a bad working exhaust valve? The standard powervalve base made of low quality cast aluminum, will wear out in the center and provides a bad support and guidance of the exhaust valve, which result in poor engine performance.

The VHM powervalve base fits the VHM cylinder head (partnumber AA33112) as well as the standard cylinder head.

Zenoah RC 23-27cc VHM high performance crankshaft

High quality VHM race crankshaft for the Zenoah RC (radio control) engines.

This small crankshaft is designed with the latest technology's that has been proved in the GP125cc engines. With the VHM crankshaft the engine has much better acceleration out the corner and revs very fast. The balance has been optimised by using tungsten material to reduce vibrations. The crankweb is fully stuffed for a higher inertia and it will also raise the primary compression, which will result in more power increase in the higher rpm range.

Made with the best material, the crankshaft can be overhauled many times, due to the hardened crankweb.

VHM Honda RS125 A-kit connecting rod kit

New superiour VHM connecting rod for the Honda RS125 crankshafts. The VHM connecting rod is lighter then the standard RS125 connecting rod, reducing the reciprocating weight.

The connecting rods are made of the best material which is CNC machined to remove all surface imperfections. The rods are then machined to final size and has then been shot- peened and polished to achieve the ultimate in strength and durability.

The connecting rod kit fits the OEM Honda RS125 crankshaft, the VHM crankshafts AK20015T, AK20017T, AK20018, AK20107A-B and AK20109.

The connecting rod kit consist of a billet VHM connecting rod, Ø24x54.9 big end pin, needle bearing and side washers.

VHM cylinder head available for Honda CR500

The good old CR500 is still a popular bike with his amazing powerband. The VHM cylinder head can be used in the standard steel frame and also in the CRF (4-stroke) frame with CR500 engine. The insert that is included with the head makes good and smooth power which makes the bikes easy to ride. There are different inserts available and inserts according to your own specifications is also an option.

The Hinson WORKS KIT for the Honda CRF250 2010 is now available.

HIN235: Innerhub/pressure plate and spring kit includes:
1x Inner hub
1x Pressure plate
1x set of springs

The kit HIN235 can be mounted with the Hinson clutch basket (HIN494) or the OEM clutch basket. This kit fits also the Hinson clutch cover (COV494) or the OEM clutch cover.

We have designed another high inertia crankshaft for the very popular KTM SX85 Mx bike.

The crankshaft is fully stuffed (bigger volume of the crankshaft) and it will raise the primary compression which will result in more power increase in the higher rpm range.

The crankshaft has more big end side clearance for good big end lubrication and cooling. Made with the best material, the crankshaft can be overhauled many times, due to the hardened crankweb.

New VHM Honda RS125 crankshafts

We have developed 3 new model crankshafts for the Honda RS125.

The crankshafts will be available for the standard Honda RS125 and for the Honda RS125 A-kit. The standard RS125 crankshaft will fit the standard crankcase, so there are no crankcase modifications needed. The Honda RS125 A-kit crankshaft fits only on a Honda A-kit crankcase after modifications specified by VHM.

There are 3 models for the standard crankcase and 1 model for the A-kit crankcase. The difference of the models of the crankshafts is the inertia and weight. With the 3 type's of inertia, you can change the characteristics of the motor for each track.

All VHM crankshaft has began a heat treatment and has been CNC grinded to precise dimensions. The advantage of the heat treatment is that the crankshaft in totally will be a lot stiffer, because the resistance against bending of the crankshaft is much bigger. This results in a much longer performance and the crankshaft can also be overhauled many times.

To obtain maximum performance, the service limit for the VHM crankshaft is 1200 km running. VHM can rebuild the crankshaft. The crankshaft will be disassembled and the connecting rod, big end pin, needle bearing and side washers will be replaced. After assembly, the crankshaft will be aligned with high accuracy.

VHM high inertia crankshaft for KTM SX65 2009 Version 2

High inertia crankshaft specially designed for engines with high torque and power. The crankshaft works very good on hard surface and high speed tracks.

The engine will make more over revolutions with the VHM crankshaft compared to the standard crankshaft due to the increased inertia. The power output after maximum HP is higher and will hold on longer than the standard crankshaft.

The stuffed plates are separate available to change the inertia of the crankshaft and only fits the VHM AK20097 crankshafts.

KTM 65SX 2009 reed valve system

The best reed valve for the KTM SX65 2009 model is now available!

The reed valve is made of high quality aluminum with the best flow. In combination with special carbon reeds and fiber stoppers, more torque and power in the lower and upper rpm range are gained compared to the standard V-Force reed valve. The better performances on the Dyno and on the track confirms the quality of the VHM reed valve.

New 16 position caster camber pills with offset 1.125 mm

New 16 postition caster camber pills with offset 1.125 mm available instead the original offset 2.25 mm.

With the VHM caster camber pills the adjustment of the camber and caster is increased by the 16 holes. On the caster camber pill a trust edge has been introduced so that the camber and caster can be adjusted very easy with the hand without any special tool. The VHM caster camber pill is made of aluminum and are suitable for the CRG, Zanardi, Maddox and Maranello karts.
